Are We Ready to Dispel Some Myths?

Welcome back.

In my last post I talked about all the reasons women avoid investing: time, boredom, risk, complicity and letting someone else do the job.

Let’s see if in the next few posts I can dispel those myths and make it easy for you to seriously think about investing.

Let’s start with time. I know you don’t have any left over. None of us do, but here’s the thing. I’m suggesting you need a half hour, probably a week. So, let’s find it.

How about on the train going to work, while a meal is in the oven, first thing int the morning, if you’re a morning person or instead of reading two chapters in a novel, maybe one.

You’ll be reading a couple of screens or 4-8 real paper pages. Not much , right?

Do any of these work for you?

Let me know if you have better suggestions. I’d love to hear how you plan to carve out the time for your financial future.
